    The Enterprise Support agreement includes:

    120 support incidents a year*.

    We guarantee same-day response to support requests, and to begin working on your request within 1 business day.

    * Up to 1 hour 15 minutes support time per incident

  • Standard

    The Standard Support agreement includes:

    50 support incidents year*.

    We guarantee a response to support requests within 1 business day, and to begin work on your request within 2 business days.

  • Basic

    Purchase of a Basic Support agreement includes:

    20 support incidents a year*.

    We guarantee a response to support requests within 1 business days, and to begin working on your request within 3 business days.

  • Short-term

    For those that are looking for help with a specific issue, but don't need a full annual support contract, we offer the lower-cost option of a Short-term Support agreement - this includes:

    4 support incidents* (must be used within 90 days).

    We guarantee a response to support requests within 2 business days, and to begin working on your request within 3 business days.
