This project was set-up to aid the overall administration of the business and allow the regions more autonomy in doing so. Also of course at the same time removing some of the administration from HQ giving them more tome to focus on their 'core business'.

For the Regional Administrators, we have developed an easy to use wizard which accesses our Membership Management module enabling them to manage their boxers and process their annual fee's.

The website was launched at the beginning of October 2010.

We are the partner to BADMINTON England for the provision of their Membership System which drives a number of aspects within their business.

The Membership Database stores all of their Club Information as well as Member Records and as such they required us to integrate our 'Club Finder' module.

Their website has been installed for a number of years by another provider but we worked closely with BE to design the club finder pages to exactly mirror the rest of the website. This provides then a seamless interface from the website to the database and drives the 'Club Finder' module.

Last July we delivered our first project for GB Canoeing.

The site has proved a great success and as a result we have been contracted to design a fresh new site for Canoe England and also a set of Regional websites.

Canoe England also manage a large amount of documents for Coaching, Canoe Trails etc. and as such we have also provided them with our Document Library Module to manage all of these.

The site has been handed over and they are currently loading content with a planned release date of April 2011.

Great Britain Wheelchair Basketball Association

GBWBA is a registered charity and is the representative body of wheelchair basketball in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

Our services with GBWBA range from the design and delivery of their new website, providing a web based Membership Management / CRM System and integrated to that are two further modules.

Our League Manager which manages all of the National Leagues and also our Event Manager which will be used for all the coaching course management.

After a rigorous selection process the GCMA selected SportFocus because of our unique offering of integrated approach to a range of solutions such as CPD, eLearning, Assessment, Document Library Management, Course and Event Management ensuring a ‘future proofed’ approach.

The contract was awarded in at the end of May 2010 and the website, Membership System, Document Library, Membership renewals all went live in November 2010.

Bucks RFU county needed to improve communications for Players, non-players, Parents, Clubs and the County structures in order to help them to get even better in delivering Rugby to the County.

Chris McCombie, Chairman of Buckinghamshire RFU said 'The most important aspect of the whole  process was the attention to detail that was required. With numerous sponsors, 20 Clubs ( with over 10,000 members) and the whole of the County Youth development programme to satisfy, SportFocus demonstrated a clear and logical approach which saved many hours of time for our Executive and other officers of the County.'

There are a number of elements to this project that have been implamented in a phased approach.

Most recently has been the release of the new ‘look and feel’ website which was launched in April 2010.

Rounders England have been for some time also using our Membership System which is driving a number of areas/applications and assisting in overall communications.

Also completed and waiting launch is the on-line registration and payment to Competitions

We are now in discussion about also brining on line our Coaching Module.
